Be greeted by this kitty in my humble introduction topic. Before you ask, this drawing was made by me and not stolen(: Because, the first 'fun'fact about me, I like to draw and animate, but that'll come later.

First things first, who am I? Some of you might already know, I'm not a native speaker of the English language. My nationality is Dutch and I'm from the Netherlands (Sometimes better known as Holland). I'm sixteen years old, almost seventeen and I'm a girl. My name is Babs, it's a slightly rare dutch name. I still go to school, I still have a year to go at school after this one, but things are going fine and my results are pretty good, so I'll have nothing to worry about on that subject. I can be described as slightly socially awkward and worrying about almost everything you're able to worry about. I'm rather shy too and I have a fear of failing. So if you find me freaking out about something, don't worry, it isn't uncommon xD...

I still live at home with my parents, a little brother and a small dog called Scooter. Scooter is 9 years old now and her breed is a Fox Terrier. She really spices up my life sometimes because she can be quite naughty actually... My hobbies include drawing, animating, walking the dog, gaming, RPG'ing, writing stories (In dutch, mind you xD) and reading.

Really? That almost makes me ask where (s)he lives xD The Netherlands feel so small that it almost always seems that it is around the corner, even though it isn't.
You have to teach me how to be outgoing, yes, I know that probably won't work. (:
Favorite book? Hmm... Hard, I love to read a lot of books. I liked "Eline Vere" by Louis Couperus, it's a pretty old book, but the storyline was great^^"

Thank you Blitz! To be honest, speaking English is my biggest problem. When I'm alone in my room practising, I'm just fine, but when I have to talk to another person (Especially when I need to talk to someone I don't know) I'll start stuttering and stammering xD

He lives in Italy now, not sure where he lived when he was still in Holland. hahaha I'd be happy to teach you. Curiosity question - do you speak any other languages besides English and Dutch? I haven't heard of Eline Vere, but I'll check it out! Personally I love the work of Carlos Ruiz Zafon.

Okay^^ Doesn't matter~ I can speak a slight bit of French and I'm still learning german. I think those few spare words I picked up from sone other languages don't count xD Eline Vere can be a tedious book to read by the way, but I really liked the character development in it.
